We provide free Coca-Cola, orange juice, coffee, etc.

Breakfast “Shizuoka morning rice.” … 6:45 – 9:00 The store closes at 9:00, so please arrive 2-30 minutes early.

Available for 800yen (tax included) per person. Reservations are required, so please contact the front desk the day before.
Charges apply for elementary school children

We have various amenities available. Please bring what you need.

All networks marked with F-PARK have a common password.
If the signal condition is not very good, we can also lend you a WiFi router at the front desk.

Auto-lock, use of internal key, locking at night

Guest rooms will be automatically locked. Please be sure to bring your card key with you when you go out. Also, as a precaution, please use the key inside your room while you are in the room.
For security reasons, the entrance is locked from 24:00 to 6:00, but you can enter with your card key.

Check Out 10:00

Please check out using the automatic payment machine next to the front desk.
You can also extend your check-out time for 30 minutes for 500 yen (tax included). (up to 12 o'clock)

Parking Lot

Reservations are required for parking. Parking locations are not fixed for each customer.
Please park in an empty space. Also, please be careful not to park anywhere other than the hotel's parking lot.

Take the elevator up to the 5th floor, then go up one floor to the side emergency stairs to find us on the 6th floor.

Information about guest room cleaning

Cleaning staff entry (from 10:00)

Our cleaning staff will knock on your door after 10am.
If you do not receive a reply, we will ask you to enter your room.
If you do not wish to enter the room, please lock the door inside.

If you stay after 10:00

If cleaning is not required
If cleaning is not required, please hang the [No Cleaning Required] tag on the doorknob towards the hallway.
No cleaning will be done, and towels and other supplies will be hung on the doorknob.
When cleaning is required
Please inform the front desk by 12:00 noon. I will clean it up.
We will not be able to accept cleaning requests after 12:00.

If you return before 16:00

Cleaning time will be until 16:00. If you wish to return to the hotel before 16:00, please contact us in advance.

Regarding the use of hot water

The boiler is stopped between 10:00 and 16:00, so hot water may not be available.
